Sinopsis
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood mengikuti kisah dua bersaudara, Edward dan Alphonse Elric, yang mencoba membangkitkan ibu mereka menggunakan alkimia terlarang, tetapi percobaan itu gagal dan menyebabkan Edward kehilangan satu tangan dan satu kaki, sementara Alphonse kehilangan seluruh tubuhnya dan jiwanya terikat ke sebuah baju zirah.
